So far, so good after the earlier craziness. I'm doing the third batch of thighs and it has been holding between 248 and 256 with no further temp swings.

Thanks for the replies. I'm looking forward to it showing up so I can get it put together, seasoned and start learning how to try and tame it. Any suggestions or preferences for pellets? My friends that have pellet poopers tend to be evenly split between Lumberjack and B&B pellets.
