Prior house I had a Wolf gas grille under a 9’ ceiling screened porch with fan. White ceiling showed stains and the screens were quite plugged. Not recommended.

Link says those are porcelain coated. Once that fails the grate fails quickly. My Wolf gas grille had porcelain coated iron grates that were great for 3-5 years then failed miserably fast.

Do you have to delete the Recteq app to use the Smart Home app for remote start? I like to see the temperature graph curve that the Recteq app has. For example, remote start the Recteq using the Smart Home app, then once the protein is on the and probes placed, then start the Recteq app?
