    RT-1250 What Happened Here?

    Happened to me with my Stampede. You may have a faulty fan, Recteq sent me a new fan and, lo and behold, when I opened up the cabinet I found my original fan was never plugged in at the factory! The electrical connectors were just not connected. Now it works fine. Hope this helps!

    That has happened to me several times, going to contact support because it is a recurring issue and I can’t trust the machine, have to hover over it to make sure it’s working properly, unfortunately it’s changed my behavior to not use the grill as much as I’d like to.
