I originally tried a high temp silicone mat and was loving it, but it looked like it was gonna start breaking down so I began using the foil. May try it a few times without anything and see what the cleanup is like afterwards.

Is it just me or is the slope of the drip tray not steep enough? If I try to use the foil for a second cook, it pools way too much grease.
