I ordered the competition cart. The first one came bent and the box was opened and in bad shape. Rec Tec sent me a new one and the box was in worse condition. Both times it was just left on my porch and I never signed for it. Anyone else have this experience

I bought a 700 bull back around 2019 or so before they made the ‘ A ‘ frame for the wheels which I had to pay for. Now the 2 front wheels are bending inwards and the rear wheels are starting to bend too. When I use the grill I only roll it out about 30 feet or so. Anyone else have this problem...
