I do not recommend buying a BFG. Build quality is great but it does NOT smoke. Needs more BTU’s or better insulation it’s always heating and never gets a chance to smoke.

My BFG doesn’t smoke at any temperature. My 340 smokes great. I believe the pot is undersized BFG and doesn’t smoke because there is always flame in pot instead of smoldering to get smoke. We should not have to add devices to a smoker to make it smoke.
