Can you adjust the temp probe of the smoker temp (not probe A and B). My smoker runs about 25 degrees hotter than set.

-4 f right now. Uses a bit more pellets, will try to compare this to other cooks at warmer temperatures

Pellet smoke is pellet smoke. Very mild to almost non existent. I use a smoke tube for more smoke. Welcome to the forum, and from another WI member.

-14 with mine. Zero issues with holding Temps. I will be testing a felt blanket to test pellet consumption in the next couple of weeks

Should warm up to 1 today. -14 last night. Smoker uses more pellets in the cold
