Completely understand, and I’m right there with you. A big Costco fan and usually love their meat selection. They just seem to be a little more all over the place recently on their selections. I don’t think it’s just them though. It seems like the market is a bit off right now.

I really like How to BBQ Right. There are a lot of other stations out there I’ll watch as well, but that one is pretty enjoyable.

Yeah, I love Costco but it’s been all over the place these days. 2 weeks ago I got a packer brisket, but I noticed Thursday that they only had flats. Also, all the Boston Butts were boneless. You can still make it work, but I prefer bone-in.
