I'm now able to get my drill bit all the way through to the firepot side, but the auger still won't budge. I put a little bend in the end of one of my 25" drill bits (luckily I have several) to try to break up more of the clog, but I'm not sure if it's working. I'm wondering if the blockage is...
So an update on my situation:
I've managed to get the bushing out, which may open up some more opportunities/approaches for getting this auger out. I'm going to take a long drill bit and try to break up some of the pellets. Hopefully I can make some progress.
I can't even get the white bushing out. I have no idea what's going on. I've had to do this in the past and it only took a few hours. This has been a multi-day project and I've made zero progress.
