    So an update on my situation: I've managed to get the bushing out, which may open up some more opportunities/approaches for getting this auger out. I'm going to take a long drill bit and try to break up some of the pellets. Hopefully I can make some progress.

    Yep, I've removed the screws on the sides of the bushing. The auger will not budge.

    I can't even get the white bushing out. I have no idea what's going on. I've had to do this in the past and it only took a few hours. This has been a multi-day project and I've made zero progress.
