Well, it said on the app that it might not work if My router used 5ghz so I switched it to 2.4ghz (At&T walked me through the process). So yes, long story short I turned of the 5 g and switched it to 2.4(g)hz

I’m having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. I switched my router from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and it still won’t connect. Any recommendations.
