Thanks. I have talked with tech support and they are having me turn my auger rate down to 30 to try and help control the flares. I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet to see if it helps with either issue but I will update when I try it.

I was just thinking about making some Jerky....has anyone ever tried to make it on the bull? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
