I get the feeling of being torn. However, I'd argue it's no different than the countless other mods all over the forum. These kind of things is what makes the forum to me.

I had this very same issue a couple weeks ago. Could not get the dang thing to reconnect. What solved mine was a simple reboot of my wireless router. It was weird.
I've done 2 racks up to 5 racks so far on 3-2-1. Always at 225 for the whole cook. Turned out awesome no matter how many I had on there. I didn't notice a difference between quantity.
I am on my second bag of Pit Boss Comp blend from Lowe's. The first bag was older from my other grill and could not get it the grill above 410ish. I chocked it up to they were old. But I just got another bag from Lowe's this past weekend. Same dead-end at 410-413ish. Anybody else have that issue...
