The 340 produces excellent food! It is a bit on the smaller side but that definitely helps with high heat grilling. I’ve had mine up to 500 a couple times and the sear plates from “Grill Grates” get smoking hot (648F w/Infrared probe). And yes! I’ve had auger/hopper smoke EACH TIME after...
