Thanks bud. Two of the three kids in the photo are mine, and yes, they destroyed those ribs. Also have a 7 month old and he was staring pretty hard as well. I was amazed at how good the chicken wings and Texas Twinkies came out though! Can't believe it took me so long to pull the trigger on this...

First run was a success and half the time was in the pouring rain. Ended up doing baby back ribs, spare ribs, beef back ribs, chicken wings, and variation of a texas twinkie. Here are some pics!!
