My first pellet grill but have been cooking BBQ since the 70's. I have used wood and charcoal at different times with stick burning being my favorite. Pellets are so easy and fast to get to temp which is why I decided to buy one and chose Recteq because of positive reviews online and recommendation from my brother in law.
