My 12 year old did a hot and fast brisket on our rt 700! Yes it is my avatar.
Hello to all. As mentioned, my 12 year old daughter smoked the perfect brisket on our trip 700 while I am recovering from surgery. Sorry to ye old pit masters, but, with the Rec tec grill and YouTube with the rec tec Chefs yes it’s possible.- BrotherBeard
