Fantastic. Without a doubt I will be doing again. I have cooked a pizza on the Bull before, without the sear grates and I was a tad disappointed in the crust to be honest.
With the sear grates....I was impressed. This is how I will cook pizza from here on out.

Ok, where are you accessing that option....not that I need it now, just curious. I just received my RT-700 BULL less than a month ago. So I assume I have the newest controller.
I see in the app where I can adjust the calibration of the smoker itself....but not the meat probes. Where is that at?
I ran test on both probes and as it turns out they were dead on. My issue turned out to be the actual temperature of the grill rather than what it was set at/stating it was at.
I was able to adjust that using the app calibration and all is good now.

However, I was a Traeger guy for 7 years and made the switch this year to RecTec with the Bull.
