Yeah, but I only had the lid open maybe two minutes to get the food off the grates and then it was shut for at least 15 minutes after that. It didn’t do it the first time I had to open the lid to flip the chicken thighs.
FWIW, I just did the burn-in and first cook with chicken thighs yesterday. The burn-in was fine holding temps with no issues and I shut it down to wipe down the grates. About 3 hours later, I started it up to cook the chicken. The temps were fine and held at 370. When I took the chicken off, I...
