Just did another plate of short ribs on the 590. This thing is awesome. Talk about dripping juicy! I threw some mini-golds on there with spices.

There's only me and my girlfriend, so we ate one each for dinner tonight. The other 2 I'll put on the Weber tomorrow night and slather them with BBQ sauce. They're yuuuuge.
