Hello, I just ordered my first recteq Bullyseye. I am kind of disappointed in the threads about it is more for grilling and searing. I will occasionally use that feature, but want to do low and slow pork butts and briskets. Some say it doesn't do low and slow well?? I have a Klose stick burner in perfect shape I wont be using anymore and will sell it. It can do 6 briskets a time. I have a large BFE, and I love it but too much fiddle factor having to tend fires and is why I went with Bullseye. Any help or suggestions
