You mentioned a homemade smoker in another thread. Depending on your application there might be options. Auber sells PID controllers with WiFi (not just for electric smokers) and there are also remote thermometers with fan control options.

If you email rectec support and waive any warranty claims they may sell you a PID however talk to someone.. not just an email exchange.
