What grill cleaning brush do you guys use?

It sort of depends upon the task at hand. On my RT, the Grill Rescue "fad brushes" (sponges) work surprisingly well to get to see bare stainless steel on my grill after a number of long cooks. On my PK with hardwood or mesquite charcoal, I try to use the coil brushes like the GrillGrate ones or similar, but I still end up making a mess in the kitchen with oven cleaner, dynamite, and hand grenades and it still takes a lot of work if I grilled anything that had a marinade like Korean short ribs. I'm afraid I'm going to end up throwing in the towel and buying new PK grates every year or two like I used to do with my Webers.

I use a similar brush on my grills…

…and, one of these wooden scrapers.

I used a small, coarse rat-tail file on the wood scrapers to tailor the grooves for my specific grill. Unfortunately, the spacing on my pellet grill and gas grill are different, so I had to get one for each grill and tailor the grooves accordingly.

These tools work pretty well for routine between-cooks cleaning. A couple times a year, I do a “deep clean” with degreaser spray, coarse stainless steel wool pads and a plastic putty knife/scraper.

Anything sticky will clean up much easier after a full heat long blast. I crank the heat to high and let it run 10-15 minuites, then do the shut down in stages and let it sit closed up until fully cooled. Stuff brushes/scrapes off pretty easily....

I use one of those coil brush scraper combos.
I seem to use it at different angles during the brushing.
Works pretty good.

The brush that I bought from GrillGrates works great.

No more metal wire brushes of any kind for me, I just use a paint scraper, a scrub daddy, and then some high heat.........PRESTO!!
Yes, it’s a challenge for sure. I switched from the wire brushes to one of the coil models that were supposed to not be susceptible to health concerns of brushes, only to one day see that some of my coils were fractured/missing sections of the coils. Now I still use them, but i follow behind with (usually) an onion to clean any possible crap left behind.
