I found Joe's at a place here in Dallas. Good stuff though my wife's favorite is still Freddy's Frozen Custard frys seasoning.

Picked up an Outset Oyster & Shrimp cast iron cooking/serving tray. Couple of small cooking racks from Killer hogs along with the vinegar sauce. Tried out Kosmos rib glazes ( they we’re both awesome with smoked cream cheese)
And a Lodge 12” dual handle pan.
