I am a little late to the party since the big game was last night. However, in the spirit of the thread, thought I would join. Last night was just the wife and I so went pretty easy on the menu. Got the chicken wings from the Dutch Market (Amish), and they were the biggest drums and flats I have seen and cooked. Outstanding.

Smoked chicken wings (seasoned with a little EVOO, my favorite local all purpose rub and a little Webers Chili Lime rub) at 180 for 90 minutes, then at 425 until skin was a good brown and bite through. About another 30 minutes.

Two hot Italian sausage and one maple, apple and onion sausage smoked on the pit with the wings for 90 minutes at 180, then finished on the charcoal kettle to sear and complete the cook.

Don't have pics, but wings served with blue cheese and carrots, the Italian sausage on a roll with cheese and hot sauce, and the maple apple onion just on the side. We also had tortilla chips and chunky guacamole and pico d gallo.

Sorry I do not have pics of everything plated or of all the sides, but they all hit the spot.
