She says she didn't open it but I know I didn't leave the hopper open and the grill grates were sitting on the open hopper that weren't there before. Either way there is a solid block of wet pellets at the bottom of the hopper, anyone dealt with this on a 700?

Shop vac it out of the hopper, burn pot, and the auger tube best you can. Should be good to go.

if its clogged get some tools out you will have to remove rear fan cover. then its a dance between vacuuming and chipping to remove the rear seal/fan motor and auger . its not hard just time consuming. and sometimes aggravating.

my ol 680 would get some major clogs made me a semi pro at un doing them.

good luck

Once you've vacced out all you can, form a small L shaped hook in a length of wire coat hanger and use it with auger stopped to break stuff loose and run the auger to run that out. Keep repeating until it's all clear. Now install that lock on the pellet hopper and choose your battles, LOL!!
