My neighbor is interested in purchasing a fancy flatop rotisserie charcoal grill and asked me to take a look. So off to BBQGuys to check out the reviews and this text is in the "professional chef" review:
While the rotisserie gives the Everdure HUB II its “wow” factor, the grill itself deserves praise for how evenly it distributes heat. Traditional kettle grills fail to do this well — gravity pulls coals to the center of their round bodies, making it harder to spread them where desired and thereby limiting heat control. I'll take Charcoal Grates for 500 Alex.
It tickled me so much I laughed out loud and the wife gave me a "you crazy old coot" look.
