Just brought home a half a cow. Just over 500 pounds of beef consisting of hamburgers, steaks, ribs, roast, and yes - brisket!

What time is dinner? ?
Just a few more hours actually. We're taking a few pounds of burger to cook up some chili before the football games!
Ok I need to ask....where did you get half a cow and if I may....How much does that cost....I have 2 freezers and I would love to fill them with smoker food!!
We just picked up a 23 cubic ft. upright freezer, and have been considering getting a hind quarter of beef and half hog from our local butcher shop here in the St. Louis area. That would be about 300lbs of meat for around $1100 and would give us a lot of variety.
