Has anyone had any luck returning the cover to RT? Seems like a product defect to me . . .

I had holes in mine and they just sent me a new one

If you're using the RecTec Brand, RT700 / 1250 Cover, watch their Video:

BUT .... do NOT put it on the way they show in the Video
Put in on in the reverse order as they show to remove it
Starting by dropping it over the "Stack", then work toward the side Shelf

ALSO; (if you have one) lower the Front Shelf first
Trust me, it'll screw-up a perfectly good Cover
