Temp chart blues

my temperature chart often shows up to date values for the probes but not for ambient values. Anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the forum.
I'm not sure what temp you had your smoker set to, but I think the red line near the top of the chart is tracking your ambient temp. You can see it dips & varies along the time (x) axis.
There's also a key at the top of the chart that shows what each of the lines represents. Ambient is labeled "Actual".

You are correct. The white line is the set temp and the shaded red area is the ambient temp reading.

It looks like a serious temperature drop around 5am…but it recovered…either by itself or manually.
