Bull Teflon Mat

Is anyone using Teflon mats from amazon instead of what Recteq sells?
I bought mats from Amazon, and had to trim a little off the sides. Grease always managed to get under. So for me it was a waste. Back to scraping the drip pan. Gave up foil also.

I bought the mesh grill mats from Amazon and they were not as expensive as those peddled by recteq. The solid teflon mats I have used over the years were used on the gas grill. Quit using them long ago and frankly don't recall why now unless it was easier to put things in a basket I could flip.

I tried the RT ones. They fit well, but drippings still got wicked under them and cleaning them is a new added cleaning task. I went back to foil. The only reason I even use foil is that when I'm doing high heat for things like pizza, that's less gunk I have to burn off before I have a clean and hot grill. If all I did was low and slow, I'd just scrape my drip pan like others.

I've got a couple of mats, don't remember when or where I bought them, but they are a mess to clean up. They're just sitting on the shelf.
