Swivel wheels for 590 Deck Boss

I don't have a RecTeq 590 deck boss, but looking at the manual it appears to be using a standard bolt pattern for both the fixed and existing swivel wheels.

I would think either a 3" HD caster or 4" HD caster wheel set would work fine.

I do have the Deck Boss 590 as well, and the same requirement. I emailed and called Recteq for info. They will ship me the 2 swivel casters for free. Best service ever.

Yes, simply go to Amazon and buy a set of 4 as they will be just a bit shorter or taller than the ones supplied on your grill. I found almost exact match for my 1100 flagship.

No, at least not on my model of the RT-700 Bull. The back legs did not use a bolt pattern like most casters. Which is why I did the wheel mode shown here - How to do the Rec Tec wheel mod

When I got my SmokeStone I put 6" swivel casters on it during assembly. I did the same for my DeckBoss 590. I bought them from Amazon.

I replaced the swivel wheels on my Bull with these…after going through two sets of the original swivel wheels.

I never replaced the other wheels. I never had an issue with them. These static wheels don’t mount the same as the swivel wheels do. But I never checked to see if those legs of the grill have the same machine screw holes as the swivel wheels do. I’ll look at my 700 later to see if they do…or don’t.
