Awesome job! Can you provide details on cooking temperature and time? Our kids really want me to do one this summer.

I put mine on at 930-10pm at 225 in racing position. Pulled it off at 9 the next morning. Dressed it out and rubbed it down with cooking spray for shine.

How do you eat a whole hog like that? I've seen the presentation like that in movies and cartoons, but never have I seen how it's actually carved and eaten.
