I got two rubs and a bbq sauce for some dents. Maybe I should have negotiated
Why don't you ask them if you can attempt to straighten it and if you're satisfied, then take the gift, and if you can't fix it adequately, then exchange it. They might go for that as they're not risking anything additional.Update: I called RT and confirmed this is not normal.
I was given the choice of:
1. Exchanging for another grill
2. Attempting to straighten on my own and receiving a free gift
New question: what are your thoughts on my ability to straighten this adequately?
