Still no Smokebox… very frustrating!

Been waiting over 6 months. The ability to use the Smokebox was critical in my purchase research as I smoke a lot of fish. I shared this with RT prior to buying my RT 1250 and they assured me some would be in soon. I have made multiple phone calls to follow up regarding same, now they have no date when they may come in at all. All they can tell me is that they are definitely going to have some in and they are not a discontinued product. Did I say, I’m super unhappy at this point! Other than that I love my Bull! Recteq…not so much.

Temp fix until the smokebox comes? I use this to cold smoke bacon.

Yeah I agree. I'm pretty sure they are just gonna silently discontinue it. No reason for it to be out for over 6 months. Plus they recently lowered the price even though it's out of stock. Pretty sure I'm never seeing one. Lol I have called 4 times fyi and all I get is that they are just delayed still with no clue when they will be back in stock.
