Still getting error on app

Still getting "network error / please retry" every time i open app was told it was a "android issue " anyone else have this problem?

I get it most of the time, still works. (Android)

Never saw that on ios.. maybe it is an Android issue but you would think they can fix it through the app somehow?
 
I never saw it, but the app is so unreliable I finally just deleted it. Not sure if they had other updates since I removed it from my phone. I never really used it other than to watch the temp of the grill and to play with the remote turn on.
