Spatchcock Turkey on Trailblazer

I want to do a spatchcock turkey on my trailblazer. Has anyone done a turkey on this grill? My question is what size turkey can I fit? Any guidance would be helpful!! Is there some type of rule of thumb the says for example a 14 of turkey is 15" x 20" when a spatchcocked? (I totally made up those numbers)

I have rt-340. I’ve done 14lb turkey with no issues.

Thanks for the reply. Can you go up to 18 in your opinion or would you stick with 14?

It would be tight but it doesn’t have to be perfectly flat. You can raise up in the middle to make fit. If your at a 18lb turkey, your probably going from a hen to a Tom. Toms are bigger in weight and in bone size. If you watch rectec video on YouTube, they smoke a turkey and cut it up. You can use a second rack if you cut the bird. Second rack from rectec or you can get aftermarket online for $20 (Amazon)
