Bull Smoked Al Pastor

Just got my RT-700 last Monday! I've done chicken thighs (two times), pulled pork, pulled pork nachos, 3-2-1 ribs and poor man's burnt ends. All the good stuff! Wanted to post this recipe since I have not seen it yet. This recipe is from Hey Grill hey. So yummy! Lots of other recipes going through my head to use this vertical skewer in the smoker.
