Bull Smokebox

It looks good, but I’ve not used mine in over a year. Thinking about taking it off. It’s touted as a cold smoker. But even if you run the main grill on the lowest setting, it’s still too hot to cold smoke with, so for these reasons I use it to set things on while cooking burgers and dogs.

I have one, and I like mine.....I never bought the "cold smoker" idea, and, in fact, RecTeq doesn't market it that way. However, since it does run a bit cooler than the main chamber (40-60 degrees on mine), it does make a great spot for things that benefit from a lower temp smoke: sausage, fish, jerky, etc. I have discovered that the way the air flows through it is a bit linear from the main chamber output to the smoke stack, which means that you don't get the same level of smoke throughout the box, but I'm working on a mod for that.....
