Skinless Chicken Breast

I have cooked them 4 or 5 times on Bullseye and YES with grillgrates, love my grillgrates. This is my goto for simple chicken GrillGrate Chicken. There is a recipe and video on RT Chicken two ways, The pesto brushetta chicken is fantastic, cooked it multiple times wife loves! We also did the Asian chick in the video last week and it was great. I also take them and marinate them in some jerk seasoning, very good as well! I think I got recipe here on the forum.

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts keeps you humble. I do them for my wife who loves them so it is up to me to keep trying things we can both enjoy!

But yes I found my first brisket less trouble and easier than chicken breasts!

I always brine BSCB if I am going to high heat grill them. Pork Chops as well. Brine for at least 4-6 hours, rinse and then rub with the rub of choice. I started adding a can of Ginger Beer (non-alcohol) to my basic brine. When using the ginger beer and then a good all purpose rub, high heat grilled is pretty darn good. Pork chops better than chicken but both are pretty good.
