INGREDIENTS
Soak in mixture overnight.
Pat dry before putting on smoker
Use low heat for about 5 hours or until snaps when folded.

- 3 pounds beef roast, thinly sliced to 1/8 to 1/4 inch
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (I substituted teriyaki sauce)
- 2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
