Anyway...🤣😂🤣😂 i got up late and was freaking about how long the cook would take. Then i had an idea. I cut it in half creating two 4lb hunks of meat. Figured its all getting shredded so it should cut cook time way down....put them on at 8am, its now 1130, temp of meat is at 152.....



PS, the Bloody Marys are tasting great....
