  1. Patio Legend 410
I ordered the patio 410 legend on January 5th which I know was a Sunday. Originally the website said 3-5 business days before shipping. Haven’t got a email tracking yet. Just wondering what the normal wait times are? I’m just anxious and ready to cook!!

Have been waiting on what l order back on 12/29/2024 and when l call them about my order they say they was about one week behind. Because of the holidays.Say my order should ship out on Monday. But i didn’t get an email from them says my order has been shipped. So who knows when l will get it.So l hope your order will get there soon.

Most of the grills ship via LTL freight companies like Estes. Those companies definitely beat to their own drum when it comes to residential delivery. I never received any shipping notifications when I ordered my grill. One day the pallet was sitting in my driveway after almost two weeks. No one came to the door (even though I was home). It was dropped off and that was it. I didn't know until my wife came home and let me know I needed to move a pallet so she could park her car. A friend of mine in WA state lives down a narrow driveway from the main road. He found his Recteq pallet dropped in front of his mailbox, again with no notice or contact. I can't really blame Recteq on this, but it was a disconcerting start to my new grill.

It'll show, but examine for damage as the freight drivers are not always wearing white gloves for their deliveries.

Mine is not shipping LTL. Talked with someone there and was just told that they hope to ship it out Friday. That’s 10 business days and seems long to me when it wasn’t mentioned. I didn’t get the holiday excuse I got the checking of inventory at the end of the year excuse. All I’ve ever heard of was how great their customer service was. And I agree they will answer the phone when you call but this long for shipping is crazy. Hell the guy a couple posts up has been waiting since 12/29.

Recteq may be a little slow getting shipments ready after the holidays, but in all fairness they do not have any control over deliveries once the product goes out their door.

Some shippers are better than others when it comes to notifications and delivery options, and that’s true even within the same shipping company. At my former residence, LTL was really easy to deal with and its drivers were good about letting me know when they were dropping a shipment off. And, they were even cooperative in moving the pallet to wherever I wanted it.

OTOH, I know folks in other areas who have had a completely different experience with LTL and its drivers. Looks to my like its just the luck of the draw.

Yeah I’m just excited about cooking. Since I got the patio 410 I was told it won’t be coming by freight liner. Yeah I know shipping companies can be a pain but mine hasn’t even left Recteq yet.

Folks can also go to their local Ace Hardware and place an order to the store as well, don't think that is very well known yet.

Pretty sure they all ship through a freight company, my delivery had zero tracking and the box was beat to hell.......thankfully the contents inside were fine, but it was all a bit irritating to say the least.

my SIL’s 380 came FedEx possibly this one as well?

The lady said it’s shipped its in their small packaging department so I took that as not freight. It’s the 410

My first delivery, the box was pierced with forks. (not salad forks) Naturally my contents were not fine.

Just received an email that my order has been shipped by US mail. My yes it will get to VA by Friday or Saturday.

Glad for you bud. I’m actually in Va as well. Get it just in time for the cold coming.

Back in the fall, I ordered a B380X on a Friday at midnight. I had it that following Tuesday…delivered by FedEx to my porch.

I hate to hear you’ve not received it yet. I would think that a bit unusual. Maybe they were working with a reduced staff during the two holiday weeks. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I can imagine you’re anxiously waiting but I believe you’ll love it once you get it and start using it.

I’m in Prince George bud. Yeah just ready to start cooking
