Butt was the first cook, Ribs for the second cook. Both turned out great! If things keep going like this I am going to love the cooker!

Looks good. I haven't been to a BBQ restaurant since getting my Bull in June. I think the food coming off the smoker is so much better.

I haven't done a chicken yet, but I've done many turkeys and it's the only way I care to eat a turkey now - smoked spatchcock turkey is the best.

I refuse to buy a whole chicken to grill. For the same money I can get 2 or 3 rotisserie chickens from Costco.
I agree with you on the Turkey - but there's a nostalgia thing where sometimes you just gotta shove a whole turkey in the oven and baste and baste and baste.
