Stampede SEC (specifically LSU) Football Tonight!!

Getting Ready for the LSU Game tonight. Some Hatch Green chile sausages, a local jalapeno cheddar sausage, some stuffed bell peppers, mac & cheese, and a little cinnamon-sugar cream cheese. (also I bolted on my new smokestack from wesgegg (thank you sir, it took less than 5 minutes to install!!), and installed some "rubber-baby-buggie-bumpers" to help keep my cover from tearing on the hopper sharp corners.) All in all, not too bad!!! (P.S. Please don't judge me, I like to USE my 590, not scrub it clean all the time!!)

Tigers are playing a little better tonight, and I just finished the seasoning of my "Game Changer" from PCS Rack Works (pcsrackworks.com). Geaux Tigers!!! (P.S. that is all bacon. Guess I will be having many bacon meals in the days to come!!)

You won't get any judging from me on grill cleaning. My weber grill is 8 years old and I've never cleaned it.
