RT then Convection Oven?

I’m no expert but have trouble getting chicken to crisp up in the RT Bull. Could I smoke them in the RT and then move them to my convection oven? If so what temp would I use in the oven and for how long? Thanks in advance.
 
Or just smoke them, pull them and heat the RT to 400. Put ‘‘em back in until crispy.
I’ve had good luck as well getting them very close to internal temp and then turning up my 590 to 400 or so and crisping them up. It’s all trial and error.
