Why is it for sale?

I just ordered a 1250 and don’t have room for both in my garage. I also have a 2500 that occupies a lot of space. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. I got the 700 just before the 1250s came out. Couldn’t stand it anymore and had to pull the trigger and order one.

No! But, you're right.
I'd rather get a comp cart than swap the legs at his point.

For that price I would do the same. The comp cart’s look really nice, but I don’t move mine over ten feet away when I cook so I just can’t justify getting it. I’m going to order the Bullseye 380 today to have for quick hotter cooks like hamburgers, hotdogs, brats, and steering steaks. It’s just my wife and I most evenings and the Bullseye will complete my smoking and grilling arsenal along with the big easy and the RT-1250.

the legs are technically on backwards but i wouldn’t even waste my time flipping them around. i cant imagine it really matters. comp carts definitely look cool

It will be hard to steer it if you use the pull handle because the casters don’t swivel on that end.

Made the trip to KC and got back with the grill today. One item I don't care for is the Amp connector RT uses. IMHO that connector should be weather resistant due to it's location and exposure to the elements.

I unbolted all four legs, then dropped the legs/shelf assembly, rotated it to get the swivels on the correct end and reinstalled the fasteners. Ready to cook!
