Ribs. Noticing temperatures inside off about 50degrees. I will change cooking times. Not that bad. Love the grill.

Got ribs going myself, gonna try the no wrap this time , spritzing with Heath riles butter bath every hour , hopefully end up with good results
 
Got three racks on the Bullseye right now....really can't wait. Trying the 3-2-1 method this time, never have before. Sitting at 225 and getting close to wrapping them for the -2 portion.

Pics to follow...if we don't get too busy eating them lol
 
This is after 3 hours at 225, just pulled them and wrapped them. One is going to be honey bbq, one will be sweet heat, and one will be brown sugar chipotle dry rub. More pics when they're done....
