Gearing up for the colder days ahead... Added the black privacy fence screen to cut down on the cold winds. Will be removed in the Spring.

Thanks to PCS Rack Works, I added a pull out top shelf to the Bull. Installation was a breeze and with a couple of cooks under her belt this past weekend, she is well on her way to be seasoned.

Very nice and great cooks! We recently moved and I have my 3 grills, Bullseye, 590 and Blackstone on the small back patio, wife is pushing for me to create my own grill space!!!

As for a TV, I thought about it in the past, but with todays tech, I just bring out my iPad and watch a game or play music, if need be.

Pictures from a couple of recent cooks. I think using the smoker has ruined me and the family. When we go out or eat somewhere else, the food has no flavor anymore... lol

Purchased the RT-700 back in May and have been loving it ever since. Family loves it more since I'm always smoking or grilling something. Although it always seems to rain when I cook for the family or friends, so I built a BBQ shack recently.

I learned a lot from everyone over the last couple months on these boards. Thank you!
