So im going away this weekend and bringing food so today i am making about 20lbs of pork belly burnt ends Using Malcom Reeds recipe
Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Some will be eaten today but the main day to have them will be tomorrow.
Need to know what the best way to re-heat them will be.
They’ll be in aluminum metal trays covered with aluminum tops.
I was guessing store in fridge and heating in oven but not sure what temp will be good and for how long?
