Hi All A flat will be used for Enchiladas. Is there a right & wrong way to pull a flat?
Thanks Dan

Hey Dan!

No wrong way that I know of, but I usually just chop it up for stuff like that - add sauce as needed.

Agree with both post above. I found chopped brisket to be better than being pulled. Dont know why but it always chews better...

I agree with everyone. Chopped brisket is the way to go. Sorry Dan, I don't want to hijack the thread, but someone mentioned only pulling pork. If you want a change of pace from pork, pulled Chuck Roast is fantastic alternative. Several threads on this site if you search Chuck Roast.

Hi All I pulled the brisket. There were long strands so I cut them in half. Now on too the Enchilada's. (y)
I rubbed the flat with a good amount cumin, garlic, onion, salt & pepper. The flat tasty kinda of bland?
Thanks Dan
